Terms of Use
By downloading or using JobClock (“the app”), you agree to these terms.
Licence
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which these terms incorporate by reference.
Your responsibility
JobClock helps you record time, materials, mileage, and produce invoices, but you are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and what you bill. The app's calculations (rates, rounding, tax, mileage reimbursement) are tools, not professional tax, accounting, or legal advice. Verify figures before invoicing a client or filing with an authority.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Because your data is stored on your device, keep your own backups (the app provides an export/backup feature). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost income, or damages arising from use of the app.
Privacy
Your use is also governed by the JobClock Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
